A Busy May is Coming our Way!

May is for Moms. That is why we are celebrating by holding our annual Mother Son Dance on Thursday, May 6th at 7 p.m. It will be a magical night so make sure you RSVP. We are also having Muffins for Moms on Friday, May 7th. Our school's moms will enjoy a nice afternoon and muffins with their children to celebrate Mother's Day.

This coming week is also to celebrate our Teachers! May 3rd-7th is Teacher's Appreciation Week so make sure your child's teachers know they're appreciated!

Mr. Scott The Music Man will also be here next week to help us shake our sillies out! What an exciting week this will be for kids, teachers, and moms!

The children had fun on our Day in The Dark last Friday. It's amazing how such a simple activity such as turning off the lights can be exciting, educational and good for our Earth! Don't forget about our planet's needs just because Earth Day is over. Remember, our children are the future. Goddard is Going Green for our Earth!

The week of April 19-23rd, we here at The Goddard School of Wall, NJ will be focusing on the concept of the 3 R's:  Reduce, Reuse, Recycle! We will be celebrating the fact that our school uses solar energy. Friday will be our Day in the Dark! We encourage you to do the same at home. Lights out!

It's starting to feel like Summer!

We hope everyone enjoyed their Spring Break and the beautiful weather we had! The children (and their teachers) are so very happy to get back out onto the playground after all of the snow and rain we had and enjoy the sunshine.
